1. a work created in execution of duties of employment, or
2. a collective work (works of reference, collections of scientific works, newspapers, journals and other periodicals or serials, etc.).

This tag doesn't apply to independent works included in a collective work or a work created in the execution of duties if the independent work isn't anonymous or pseudonymous and the term of the life of the author and 70 years after one's death hasn't passed.
